Cakes - Eng Siang's Birthday

Hmmm... where do I start... Eng Siang and I go back a long way. I knew Eng Siang from high school. We lost touch for a few years until the wonderful network search engine was born.... Facebook. Through FB we made contact again. It was then I found out that he was in Hong Kong and was married to Su Ann who used to go to school with me (what a small world right!). The next thing I knew, Eng Siang said that Su Ann had been offered a job posting in London and was due to move within the next couple of weeks. We met up again and many many times since. Over the next 1 year Eng Siang introduced me to Texas Poker Hold'em... which he and I very much enjoy playing occasionally. Last week Eng Siang celebrated his birthday and so I made him a casino themed chocolate cake.

Cakes - Hui Min's Birthday

Hui Min and I used to go to school together. Many many years later, we met up again in London and have since kept in touch. A couple of weeks ago, Hui Min got in touch with me and asked me if I could bake her a birthday cake ... and so I did. I made her a Blueberry Cake with cream cheese frosting.

Cupcakes - Richard's birthday cupcakes

I met Richard at a friend's BBQ a couple of months ago, where he had a preview of the Red Velvet Cake that I made for a BBQ party. I think it left a pretty good impression as Richard placed an order of 3 dozen cupcakes to be shared amongst his buddies at work. Decorating the cupcakes was easy as I wanted it to reflect on his vivacious character....hence the colourful cupcakes!!
